Alright I'm deleting the list of rules, if they want to read them, they can come to the site. Like wii_cammy said, it's just making the page look cramped and
un-proffesional.

Done, check it out now, it looks much better and less cluttered.

EDIT: a nice idea to make the text smaller, but could someone make it ONE size bigger...its a little too small...

i edited the part about banning. someone wrote that the permanant ban bans the IP. it doesnt. it just bans the user from viewing the forums forever but they can still make a new account. then their is the IP ban (which i think only i0n can do) that bans the IP address of the user.

I find no need for so many pictures of options. The rate the thread picture has no point. I think we should keep the pictures as limited as possible.
