Nope your wrong. You can use Hippowdon/Tyranitar, but if you do using Garchomp would be a waste due to it's ability, as the rules say no Sand Viel. Sandstorm/Hail is perfectly fine though ._.

I didnt say garchomp is not allowed, it just that its ability make its evasiveness increase. And that would mean it broke the evasion clause, causing you to be disqualified. As long as you do nat activate the ability, it is fine to use

Sandstorm reduces only Thunders accuracy and reduces Solarbeams power. It's Sand Viel that messes up accuracy
