That happened to me. But mine was the WEP key.
My wii accepted it once and then ignored it.
So i jsut turnit off

Mine keeps surging on me.
I'll try and hop on the internet on my Wii, and it will fail.
Go into settings, do a connection test, everything is hunky doory.
Try to hit the internet again, and it fails.
Or I will login to the shop channel, and as soon as I try and get a game, it craps out.
