what!? i've been back at work since the 2nd january :( , you lucky school people with your ~6 weeks of holidays.

I guess us uni people get it the best, I dont go back till the 26 Feb, I've had close to 4 months off with NOTHING to do, apart from work.

I actually had 7 weeks, I believe. I didn't go to my last week. Stupid 'activites week' I also missed Presentation Day. It turned out to be great. I hate Presentation Day. Its so boring. And they make you wait until after the ceremony. I was even getting an award. Oh well. I'll still get it, and not have to put up with crappy ceremony!

Off to see Miss Potter tomorrow! Anyone seen it? Was it good? I saw The Queen on Wednesday. It was great! Of course, I did laugh in many parts that other people didn't. Me and my father were cracking up. Possibly the only ones...

Its strange. I've chosen year 12 to skip classes, take my time getting to them. Taking long "sulks" in IPT. Once I "sulked" outside with a friend on a free period for 20 mins. I was missed, but it was okay. Its great being one of two girls in the class. Special. The guys make one attempt to go outside, and "SIT DOWN!" I point and laugh. They look at me and sulk. Being Female the teacher, who is male, doesn't WANT to know what took me so long.

Those where the days, I remember that exact scenario happening almost daily in my classes. Once some guys even made the teacher go out side and have a cry...
But now at uni, you can walk out in the middle, walk in and out whenever you want basically and they dont care, no roles, no assemblies. They are some of the reasons why I love uni so much!

Oceanic: mate to me honest that was a pure fluke  as soon as i heard aerospace and engineering in the same sentence i thought it would have to do with the design on the planes. dam you uni bums. wheres my 4 months off? :p

Ekiushi:  what a way to get out of class ( edit: ahh yes as soon as i heard activity week, sports carnival, swimming carnival.. i immediatly planned my reasons for staying home :D )

i myself dont have any real career plans, the place where i work is really good, i have no plans in going for a diffrent job. i'd actually like to try and move up with the bussiness that i am with now sometime in the future. but i'm happy with my position at the moment.

Oooh I know that type of teacher. There is always one. Mine is probably 25-30, I reckon. And, she looks like a student. Once she walked into an English class, sat down, and said nothing. Another time, in English, she actually ran and got the Head of English because we refused to do our work. It was only because we had two papers and she couldn't tell us which one it was meant to do. Even after FINALLY selecting one we still didn't... But hey, our normal teacher wouldn't be bothered to mark them anyway.

I could understand a teacher that is 25-30 doing that, but my English teacher was in her 60s doing that. It was utterly hilarious. She would just refuse to teach us, just sit at her desk, and when she was really pissed she'd go outside, have a cry, and mark our assignments:(

Lol! A 50-ish Science Teacher had a break down, accused the class of having AIDS, all because someone spat into a water experiment. Lol it was amusing. She said she had to come in on the weekend (god knows why) fully dressed in protective clothing to clean it. She was away for at least two terms.

i didnt pay too much attention to teachers when i was at school, i was too busy sitting at the back of the class playing " O & X " with the friend next to me... no wonder i failed ITP ( computer programing) :yesnod:

but as soon as a computer class ( ITP excluded) i was all focused. i'm not that good with comptuers but you know.... the free internet :D

IPT is soooo boring. Like, its okay with its prac. But the theory, its like "listen to him, pay attention....oooh whats that out the window?'

I blame my friend. I hadn't elected to do it. I wanted to do something else. She made me. It was the only way I could talk her into Japanese. Which incidentally, I dropped. AND she was going to do it anyway - her father thought it was good. But, eh I didn't think it would be that boring.

 what do you think i did with all of those prac books ( not textbooks)...

i think one is still sitting in my school ( now work) bag with " your a a***ole "

that i wrote on to amuse a friend in the row next to me.

I really wanted to do Jap, but it was on the same line as Music, so I had to choose. So now I can only say hello goodbye, all the easy ones in Jap, and know a LOT more about music, I dont regret it, but i just wonder whether i should've chosen Jap instead.

Ekiushi: congrats on 100 posts!

I don't get text books. My Mod History teacher is attempting to photocopy the text book. I already have chapters 1-17.

I was forced to do Japanese by DE. It sucked. If I had a REAL teacher it probably would have been better. We didn't have enough for a class. The Jap teacher always seemed to be "busy" when he said he would help us.

And hey, this is my 109 post!
