rofl dont waste battle points on focus sash, focus sash is easy to obtain from the dude who says bring a certain lvl poke each day, he has a good chance of giving focus sash, i got 2 focus sashs from him,and 4 expert belts in a 6 day period.

lol, fly to pal park, walk left till you see grass patch on top, go in and walk up and vailo a house, go inside, he goes blah blah todays number is blah, and you go back if you have that number bring it back to him, if not train a poke to it, then go back before midnight and talk to him he goes blah blah, gives you something, good chance of focus sash.
 
sick.. uhh.. what does a focus sash do :p
and dont worry eplasmosis i'll stick to water pokemon i'll just have a few ice

focus sash does this - if you get hit with a super effective attack, you can hang in there with 1 hp.
 
yeh, its really annoying coz i faced someone with three of them and three time i would have KOed him but i still won,lol
