needz moar xscissor. The rules state moveset givers have t' assign both STABs, but... I'm pretty sure you'd prefer t' not follow said rule in this case. Not 'less ya care t' breed Silver Wind.

SS UPDATE

I flew back to Slateport City to see Archie of Team Aqua stealing Captain Stern's submarine and then flew back to Lilycove to raid the Team Aqua Base. I learned my way through the base from that speed run I did a while ago so it was easy. Get the Nugget and Master Ball whilst avoiding the 2 pokemon, do the necessary stuff and leave.
I then surfed to Mossdeep City and beat Tate and Liza.
I went to Stevens house to get dive and taught it to Lombre.

FINAL SS UPDATE

I surfed down from Mossdeep City until I got to the correct point to use dive. I dived and resurfaced in a different location, the correct location. The Seafloor Cavern. I navigated my way through all the puzzles relatively easily (the last one was ****ing annoying. I ended up googling the answer ) I battled Archie and Kyogre woke up and caused lots and lots of rain. Archie then realised that what he was doing was bad (not that he could do anything about it now).
I travelled to Sootopolis City to battle Kyogre. I ended up KOing it because I didn't want to use my master Ball on it and I didn't have any good pokeballs to bother trying with. After that, I left the cave and battled Wallace. I won quite easily because I decided to use an X attack.
I then surfed to Evergrande City and made my way through Victory Road. I'm really surprised about how much I remember from my speed run. I made it through Victory Road making only 1 wrong turn.

I then started against the E4.
In the first battle (Dark), Swampert fainted against Cacturne. I healed Swampert with two of my (previously) HM slaves. I switched back in and OHKOed the rest of their team.
In the second battle (Ghost), I used an X attack and swept their team with Earthquakes.
The third battle (Ice/Water), was the most difficult of the E4. I used two X attacks and OHKOed almost everyone. Walrein survived with only a sliver of health. It was healed, it was taken back to a sliver of health, it was healed, it was taken back to a sliver of health, finally it was KOed.
I destroyed the next one (Dragon) really easily without having to set up at all. It was so easy, it was hardly worth mentioning

I finally got to the battle against the Champion, Steven.
(I learned from the mistakes I made in the speed run)
I used 3 X attacks at the start of the battle. I then healed back to full health and prepared to sweep his team.
It took two surfs to KO his Skarmory.
Aggron was easily destroyed by a +3, STAB, 4x super-effective Earthquake (a bit of overkill there I think )
Cradily (who gave me the most trouble in my speed run) was OHKOed by an Earthquake. Needless to say, I was very happy about this.
Claydol fell to 2 surfs
Metagross and Armaldo were both OHKOed by Earthquake

I beat Steven and became the Champion of Hoenn!!!

Final play time - 5:03
I find it funny how this run was shorter than my speed run by 3 minutes. I didn't even try to optimise the run at all. There were a few points that I wasted time. If I didn't waste all that time, I probably could've done it in under 4:50. But it's not a speed run so it doesn't matter.

A job well done with your first Challenge completed, good on ya Azrael. Welcome t' the Hall of Fame bro. And with that, the Combined Challenge's Hall of Fame is finally full. 'Bout time I finally had t' expand it.

If anyone hasn't noticed... I tend to level everyone equally and prefer to end on numbers divisible by 5.

I do the same. Always been a stickler 'bout raising Pokes evenly.

In the first battle (Dark), Swampert fainted against Cacturne. I healed Swampert with two of my (previously) HM slaves. I switched back in and OHKOed the rest of their team.

Jordan, we've a problem here.

Single Challenge Rule 2. If your single Pokemon is knocked out, you must either let yourself White Out or turn off the game and restart where you last saved.

The overhaul of a bunch'a rulesets?

Considerin' it's just a Single Challenge, I can look the other way for such a minor deal. Just beat the E4 again (without breakin' any rules >_>) and I'll consider it a Challenge Completed.

Aye.

Think this'l be a good time t' mention, "everybody gets one". I ain't gonna spit in the face of a Challenger who made an honest mistake 'n broke a huge rule soon as they've finished said Challenge, but I don't want no one gettin' complacent over the rules. Can't promise I'll give a nice ruling next time bro, so keep your eyes on the prize; and the rules.

Haha cheers :D
Glad I could do it :)
I'm picking up Black 2 on Wednesday, could I have a moveset and scramble challenge for that one please ^^
