RDL's are actually better than a number of isolated leg workouts - works the hamstrings/glutes, great hip extension, lower back, etc. They're part of a couple of programs I circulate through.
Of course they're better than any isolation leg exercise :wink: I meant a good alternative to standard deadlifts.

Sorry, must have forgot I wasn't on my bodybuilding forum :p It wasn't meant to belittle you, it was meant to agree with your statement and re-assure its truth, if need be.
