Really? I should've given you 19 or 20 rep points, not 15...anyways, the amount of points being given depends on the person repping. I have a ton of rep, so I give out a ton of points, Gym on the other hand isn't a rep newb and doesn't have any, so he gives about 9. Just depends on the person repping's points.
