I thought the difference between Square and Square Enix was when Square and Enix merged. Isn't Square good enough?

That actually is a good point, but Zelda also makes its own point. Twilight Princess sold surprisingly low in Japan, while overseas it was an enormous hit. If I remember correctly, Miyamoto said that even if Japan continued to decline as far as Zelda goes, the fact that its popularity is so great in America and Europe would keep the franchise going, despite Japan being the creators.
I believe that a Marth/Roy could be pulled again with Dragon Quest (it actually does fit in with Nintendo better) but like I said before the fact Square Enix publicizes what's already their most popular to a multiplying extent already shows us how they work. It's not a bad plan, getting something and extending its fans to such a strong extent that anything that features it will instantly be bought by rabid fans. Even I'm a victim of this: if it's got Zelda on it, you'll probably see me with it.

Link however has perfect attendance. Even if Zelda dies (which is highly unlikely) Link would still be in Smash
Also Link is a Nintendo Icon rivaled only by Mario and Pikachu

Square Enix made TWEWY and helped with FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I have no complaints about them.

Bowser Jr. Is a joke of a character.
Using Luma really could work. Also she could use the star shard attack. Remember these guys gave Ice Climbers and R.O.B a moveset. The character doesn't have to be a real fighter to make it in, and if another Mario character is getting in, Rosalina's got a pretty high chance.
Even if she's unable to make it in as a playable character, her outfit and hairstyle should be an option for Peach at least.

Square's best days were as Soft, sure, but it's not like all they throw out these days is utter **** or anythin'. Everyone exaggerates the Enix hate these days...
Everyone probably said the same thing when Peach was leaked to be in Melee.
Peach was playable in Super Mario Bros. 2
I think they should make a mode in which you can cancel moves at any time of the attack
