Pic of the day. There are actually two versions of the boxing ring stage! This ring is the Smash Bros. version…

…and this one is the Punch Out!! W.V.B.A. design. King Dedede really likes fighting in the ring, doesn't he?

Does this mean there are going to be different versions of stages? I wonder if they will make one version of the stage with Hazards and one version without?

The question is, how will the different stage versions appear? Will it be like Spear Pillar where it's random, or in the case of Mac's stage, is it just aesthetics that may go along with character selection? Or perhaps it'l make like how you changed to a stage's alternate music in Melee (holdin' L/R).

I'm thinking it'll be mostly what you said. Probably random (unless chosen specifically via the Melee buttons) and has a very high if not 100% chance of being the WVBA version when Little Mac is in play. Could also be an easter egg type thing similar to Star Fox and Snake's stages being that when Little Mac is in play it will be a WVBA ring and Doc will make some call-outs every once in a while or perhaps as part of Mac's taunts on that stage.

Pic of the day. Now consecutive standard attacks will always transition into a finishing move. This is Fox's finishing kick after his standard combo attack.

Does this mean no more Fast Kick Combo?

Safe to assume as much, I reckon. The final hit better be ridiculously hard t' punish for any character that's losin' their consecutive-hit AAA.
