Our Newcomer deserves the obvious celebratory theme:

Aside from that, OOHHHHHH MY GOD I'm already loving Little Mac! That gameplay style seems so fluid just from watching the trailer!

Inorite? Also, your signature image is amazing. Only, it should have Henry in place of the avatar.

Hahaha well I personally can't help liking her obsession with the Avatar, especially that she'll take either gender.

Ok here's a short analysis of the video.
The stage is different when Little Mac is fighting in it.
Possible DI example when Bowser and Mega Man were hit that that fully charged punch.
His charge punch has super armor and ends in either a straight punch or an upper cut.
The video makes it seem like Little Mac's charge punch killed Mega Man at 17% and Bowser at 39% but if you look carefully it's not the same scenes.

Discus this screen capture:

We also have this screen shot with a comment from Sakurai

Sakurai said:
His biggest feature is his Power Meter. When this gets charged up, his standard special move changes! It turns into a one-hit-K.O. uppercut.

This could be something like Project M Ivy's Solar Beam where his normal B is his straight but it also charges his 1-Hit-KO Uppercut.

Good eye! I've already seen MANY comments complaining that Mac's K.O. punch will be "way too OP." To be honest, in competitive gameplay the max power Star Punch (I believe that's his standard special anyway) is pretty much never going to connect against good opponents. It would certainly get some decent hits if you find some very good timing or catch a person who's been trapped by an item or other player in free-for-all and team battle matches, and even there it's not that much to worry about... but damn would it feel good get someone with it.

Perhaps this will mean that other characters with charge attacks like Ike (if he returns) and Marth will have good upgrades to said moves, considering Little Mac's charges for probably about the same time as Marth's SSBB Shield Breaker. Sakurai has mentioned Marth's Shield Breaker getting upgraded, but he never specified.

Or like a Falcon Punch or a Donkey Punch. Also it seems like the air is a safe place against Little Mac so we still have to see if he can use such moves in the air.

Ugh that's what has me worried. I have no problem with the concept of a "very powerful on ground, weak in air" or vice versa character, as Firion in Dissidia has been my favorite in both games, but Little Mac's RECOVERY. Oof, that was painful to watch! ABSOLUTELY NO horizontal distance and very little vertical distance. This could be the weakest recovery in the game so far. Hopefully Little Mac's forward dashing punch can be used in air like the Luigi or Pikachu attacks so he can at least get some recovery in that form.

not sure if secretly part of sakurai's development team

Good eye Snake!

fix'd

I've already seen MANY comments complaining that (every single character revealed) will be "way too OP."

T'is just what noobs do: assume (really stupid) things with no proof what-so-ever to support the sentiment, sometimes a bloody age prior to the game's release. Ignore 'em, their "opinions" don't deserve to be acknowledged.

Can you link me your Little Mac moveset if you still have it? I'm kind of interested in how prophetic it was now. And then I can just find you when I want to know what a new character will be like.

Haha nice.

Even with proof, some of those people can be pretty blind. Same people who say Lucario is a clone of Mewtwo I guess...
