Seeing as people are in different time zones, I think we should set a standard timezone and use that. This would prevent anyone in one timezone from clamming to live in another and giving themselves more time.
I don't know where Wiired lives (if he and I are 'in charge' of this shindig), but I live on the east coast so I naturally nominate 12AM Eastern Standard Time.
