Yeah, but they don't dare to reveal Falcon, Ness, Jiggly, or Luigi? that's very weird...and I want Simon Belmont more than Megaman, but then it would be 2 Konami characters(Snake) so then the most likely now is Megaman.

The only thing I am interested to know is that if we have to pre-determine what we are recording, or if we are asked at the end of the match if we want to save it. I am desperately hoping it is the latter, becuase if it is the first I can already see my self doing something amazing (Knee to the face? xD) and being like "DAMN I SHOULDA SAVED THIS MATCH!"

It seems Nintendo like to kick us in the face with this. In previous games pausing still affected the time, or am I making that up? Well, yeah, I want to know if pausing affects your recordings. I doubt they're going to pull Sky+ out of their ass and make everything spectacular but it would be nice if they recorded it before you started off.

But, this can easily be done, I don't see why they couldn't. It's worked out fine with games like 1080, which was totally underhyped. I had some fantastic trick replays off that game.

Banjo-Kazooie has been on the Nintendo longer than Megaman? How do you figure?

The original Banjo-Kazooie was released in 1998, with the last BK title, Banjo-Pilot released in 2005. That's only 7 years between titles.

The original Mega Man was released in 1987.. Mega Man 7 was released in 1995 before 8 was moved over the Playstation. However, Mega Man and Bass went back to the SNES in 1998.

That doesn't even include alternate series games like Battle Network.

Really? I think it's an intricate lie. I've seen many rumors with the same format...

First, start out with a safe bet to get people to believe your rumor. In this case, the safe bet is Sonic. How many times have you heard, "OH! I hope they reveal Sonic at this conference!!!"? I've heard it many, many times. Since Snake was revealed on the site, the original idea of third-party characters being unlockable was trashed, giving this guy a better chance of being right about Sonic being revealed.

Second...tell the people what they want to hear without going overboard. I mean, come on, about 95% of the things he listed were things the vast majority of people want. What does that mean? It gets people excited. They WANT the rumor to be true. Seriously, just look at his list. What do you notice about the starting roster? It's based EXACTLY off confirmed and semi-confirmed characters. ANYONE could come up with that roster. Target test returning? THANK YOU CAPTAIN OBVIOUS! =D

Third, on sensitive subjects...be very vague. Ridley's size makes him a debatable character, and Lucario is also debatable due to his supposed lack-of popularity in Japan. It's pretty obvious to me that if they're not playable, they'll at least be AT's. He didn't want to define, so what did he say? They'll be represented in some way. Very vague, don't you think? Because of his vagueness, these facts won't disprove his rumor if they are confirmed as ATs/Pokeballs or characters. Either way, he's safe, and it also keeps us on our toes.

And finally, the coup de grace! HE DIDN'T SITE HIS INFO! GENIUS! There's no way you can definitively prove him wrong until one of his predictions becomes false! And yet, he says it came from within Nintendo, meaning that if (hypothetically) he spilled the beans on info about a very-hyped game, his life is screwed. He's not going to give us a real source, or proof, but he wants you to believe him! He's perfectly followed the classic formula for creating a rumor!

wow, im really suprised with dede..., and happy another heavy character!!! whoop!! but im sure if theres gonna be (the ones you dont see much) characters like dede theres gonna be a huge selection of characters.which is great! i just hope they dont go over board *cough* mortal combat *cough*
