Thats what I meant.

Not using a FSA because it 'looks gay for a guy to use it?' Honestly? It is a freaking attack.

those kids are probably like 13. let them have their stereotypes. if you kick ass with it, then whats the big deal.

Yeah, deal with it that Peach has that FSA, I mean you probably don't even use Peach, Wiiman, so waht are you complaining about? you guys always gotta have something to complain about in these parts for no reason at all even if it does not affect you..Well it's time to change, and appreciate the updates..Now every THING that has appear in Nintendo games, has a very high chance on appearing in this game either as items, playable characters, backgrounds, bosses, you name it, so don't doubt opinions or ideas like Animal Crossing characters appearing in it...Now if you think Naruto or Pacman are in, for example, then you can doubt it all you want.

Accually Pac-Man has a chance of appearing but roughly...i say this because Pac-Man is with Namco or whatever and Namco is good friends with Nintendo...Like they put Link in Soul Caliber 2,Pac-Man being in Mario Kart Arcade, and Namco starting the star fox series.
And if you think about it his smash attack could be everyone turning into ghost or he become super pac-man or whatever and just eats people...or somethin...and his stage could be a Pac-Man grid.
So Pac-Man does have a chance or being in Brawl

I predicted this a while ago and icyoooooopppla just said all the reasons why i thought so. Namco started star fox, and had pacman in mario kart... so why not him in brawl. Ill bet someone 50 fake dollars  that he will be in brawl

Wiiman92 what are you talking about... Your acting like peach's FSA is the devil. It could acctually be preety usefull. Say that you were peach and you have 123% health, and your opponents had 80%. If you got a smash ball you could run quickly and eat peach's untill your health was about 50%. Than own ure 2 opponents. I agree that the boreder is stupid, but the acctuall move isnt that bad.

Don't bring back that argument please it was over 8 hours ago...and the reason Pacman can't be in Brawl is that same reason an Animal Crossing character wouldn't be in brawl...but Pacman is 10x worse...he is more of a character that would be an assist trophy...think about it

I dont want to bring back the argument, i want to end the argument with this, so dont post any more about it.

The Good:
His art is perfect for a brawl character, he could have alot of moves, and his FSA would be awesome. And the company has a friendship with nintendo

The Bad:
Many people would find him kidish. May have limited or repetative attacks. A couple of moves, would be hard to make.

Obviously Nintendo doesn't care about Kiddish when they put Ice Climbers and Kirby in...and how could he have alot of moves when in your bad part you said he would have mimited or repetative attacks...you are contradicting yourself

I think an item will be tommorow. Which series do you think it will be from?

To make up for MY OPINION that peaches FSA is stupid.
Fix'd...I'm not bringing back the argument, but never state an opinion as fact.

Honestly? So you think it is a coincidence that Fox, Falco, Marth and Shiek are the most used characters in tournaments? That GaW, IC, and Ness are hardly every used?
They're more popular or maybe easier to get used to, but with practice I believe all characters can be equally good.

Regardless of whether there 'stats' are even or not, there moves won't be. Combinations will be found that Sakurai had not planned on (see: waveshine) thus making the game unfair.
If it's just combos that players find/make up then it is, once again, the players and not the characters they are using.

I would have to agree with SS.. I think Fox, et al are more popular because they are easier to use compared to GaW or Ness. But it doesn't make them worse characters overall. Being good with GaW is more of a challenge that many people take on. And an expert with GaW who can minimize his weaknesses and maximize on his strengths would do fine against an expert with Fox or Sheik. But that's just my opinion..

Kind of like how people were saying (a few months back) that they would try using the Wiimote over the GC controller for the added challenge.

Oh please

Fox is used because its easy to string combos together. Ness isn't used because his recovery is GARBAGE. I can't remember the last time I saw a Ness successfully recover. Game and Watch is simply slow. His dodges are horrible.

If it's just combos that players find/make up then it is, once again, the players and not the characters they are using.
So, lets say that in Brawl one of Falcon's combos is overlooked. Falcon can do a Dthrow into a Falcon Punch and it always hits, no matter what. No matter what the enemy does or what percentage they're at, it always hits, and it almost always kills them.

That means I'm a godly smash player, right? Wrong.

The difficulty and effectiveness of a combo are not always equally correlated, that is my point. If you spend any time using Fox, you'll find that a waveshine is difficult, but not too difficult, yet, it is incredibly difficult for your opponent to counter.

EDIT: Its been a while since I had a good debate. Cheers.

However, based on what you said, one can definitely argue that the mere fact that Fox or Falcon even have these combos makes them easier characters to use.

The fact that Ness had an awful recover makes him a more difficult character to use. That being said, I have plenty of friends who play with Ness and use him quite well.
