I really don't know. They may stop when Japan gets the game. Or when pal gets the game. My guess is Japan because we can just go on the internet and find out what's in and out. And as for the final update. Probaly just a notice saying that the updates will stop and thanks for following the updates and have fun with the game.

I believe the updates will stop before Feb. 10...

I think the updates will stop once they cover every aspect of the game for anyone who is thinking of buying it, it's no good stopping when it's incomplete. But, y'know, it's your choice whether you want to view spoilers or not, or even class them as spoilers. Seems like a long time away so they're probably going to stop for the North America release.

Sorry if this has been mentioned already, but there might be only one character left to reveal on the site. The Newcomers section has one less character then the Veterans. This will probably be the 3rd third party character.
