im realy bad with just making art signatures. I guess im not too good with the effects. I wanna know how people make those neat artistic signatures. I already know how to make that animated raining effect but i still wanna know about the water effect.

how do u make your images move, coz i want to make my name flash etc ><

you have to make each frame at a time, theres no easy way, you have to do the whole thing manualy even the glowing, like one frame the name is partialy glowing so you have to duplicate that frame and make the glow even larger. Its not easy especialy when you have to do this about 60 times.
