I think you definately started off more advanced than me. I started in Photoshop when I was about 12-13, then moved into web design via Dreamweaver, and I'm getting started in Flash. Looking back, I sucked at digital art back in the day.

Awesome tech sig, Redan, but the colors clash something fierce. Try overlaying a blue on the soldier or maybe changing the background colors...

Nice Sig KCblack, the only thing that I would change is the word "Warrior" I think it would be more visible on the color dodge setting.
Those are good sigs Rendan, all you have to really do is work on your lighting effects and add filters and other techs to blend in the renders more.

Pretty good Gymdawg, I would be more conservitive with the text in your 2nd sig, the less text the better. Having too much text will mess up the sig's focal point.

Me : Currently making another sig. Well, I've finished it, but it's a completly new style to what I normally do, and it needs the use of a simple font, which I find hard to do 'cause I love using detailed/sexy fonts aww well, I'm sure I'll have chosen before I go offline
