2 shades of black? on my screen it all looks the same

It looks the same when I use my mom's old CRT monitor, but on my LCD I can see a black box around the Gears of War guy while the rest is more of an ash grey.

EDIT: lol. i do have 2 shades but they are so close to eachother. the cog symble is code 000000 and the other shade your seeing is 020202. opps

The render is the picture lol , in your case Link.
I dont even have photoshop and I know this , well you dont , so I guess theres no point.
Anyway he asked you why is your render (Link) orange while your background is a totally different color ?
