i have quest how come you give requiment lvl for weps if you can weild them at any lvl ie. metriodz weilds a Masamune at lvl 14 its not right

another thing..where is the bank? I don't see it anywhere in the Item Shop.
and one last thing...i'm getting a message saying:
Chynkinese, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
You do not have the minimum of 30 posts on the forum.
Your usergroup does not have permission to access the RPG.
..I didnt get this before..does that pop up when we hit a certain level or something?
