"Ok thats it, im ending this." Drake flug his arm out, a sword appearing in his hand. He sliced out at the ball slicing it in half. He ran straight threw jumped over and Chillam and grabe on to his arms and put him in a hold.
"DO IT" He shouted as he tightened his grip.

 

[CG_Reaper]

1 hit Zanaku in the chest and he flew back spirraling. He got up still manufesting power. "Demon blade". He karate chopped the air and a dark wave flew at cilliam. He then ran past the wave jumped up and punched Cilliam in the face.

Once again the black burning spirits were flying out of the burst. The after images also followed up with the attack and hit his face as well. The dark wave then was following up.

Chillam writhed under Drake's grip and tried to escape from the punch, but it was too late. The punch burned him away completely, host and all.
"NOOOOOOO!!!!!!! NOT AGAIN!!!"
Chillam disintegrated as he returned to the chaos from whence he came. Meanwhile, Destrian soldiers surrounded Zanaku and Drake, preventing them from helping out Nicklas, Richand or Siana.
OOC: DESTINED BATTLE: Zanaku and Drake vs. Chillam- ZANAKU AND DRAKE WIN!
IC: Richand's arms were beginning to tire, but Naxus seemed as strong as ever. With a almost careless wave of his hand, he knocked Richand back.
"Is that really all you can do, boy?"
Before he could continue taunting Richand, he was hit in the side of the head with one of Siana's fire blasts.
"Agh!"
As the wound began to heal, Richand leapt at the stunned Naxus and concentrated a charge of Zodiac magic in his sword.
"Fist of ARIES!!!"
Richand sliced down at Naxus's chest, splitting it open.
"Agh... magnificent..."
Despite his grevious injury, Naxus was actually smiling.
"Excellent... I knew you were better than that... my poor host is probably feeling a great deal of pain right now..."
Richand looked horrified.
"You mean to say that you don't feel the pain, but your host does?!?"
"Precisely. Any normal man... or demon... would surely be felled by such a blow. It is only... with the power of darkness... and my own will... that I manage to keep this hapless human alive... why aren't you finishing me?"
But Richand stayed still and did not move to attack Naxus. No matter how much he hated Naxus, he couldn't bring himself to kill a man who had no control over what he was doing, whether or not he had brought the darkness of the demon upon himself.
"You... can't... can you? Pathetic... however, I have no such limitations. Shadowheart Armor!"
As he spoke these words, darkness seemed to build around him and cover him from head to toe. Laughing maniacally, Naxus was consumed by the darkness in a flash of eerie light. When it cleared, Naxus stood there, his wounds completely healed, with an aura of pulsing shadow around him.
"But an enemy who doesn't have their heart into it simply won't do. I'll just have to take someone you care about."
Naxus's eyes fell on Siana, who didn't have time to think as he vanished and appeared beside her, lifting her up into the air and choking her.
"No!!! Let go of her!!!"
Richand ran to stop the demon, but the darkness that had surrounded Naxus seemed to swell up around his feet, preventing him from moving. Tears streamed from his eyes as he fought against the darkness at his feet. Naxus was thoroughly enjoying the torment.
"What's wrong? If you don't come soon, she's going to die!"
"R-Richand... help..."
Siana was struggling vainly against Naxus's grasp. Her thrashing slowed down as she fell unconcious. Naxus dropped her to the ground.
"Don't worry... she's not dead yet. I've got something far better in store for her. Storm does love pretty meals."
"What!? NO!!!"
Naxus grabbed Siana's unconcious body and tossed it to a Destrian soldier.
"Bring this to Storm, as a gift from me. Make sure she suffers."
The darkness around Richand subsided and he ran towards the soldier with Siana. However, Naxus snapped his fingers and teleported the soldier and Siana away. Richand fell to his knees.
"NOOOOOO!!!"
Naxus appeared behind him and backhanded him in the face, sending him sprawling.
"Oh, don't be like that. Storm likes playing with his food. She'll no doubt survive for a few days before he actually kills her. You might be able to save her... if it weren't for the fact that you're about to die!"
Richand made an effort to raise his sword up, but Naxus batted it away and knocked him to the ground.
"Pathetic."
Naxus outstretched his finger, aiming to impale Richand straight between the eyes.
-MEANWHILE-
Nicklas and Sehkmet were facing off when Nicklas heard Richand's cry. Turning around, he saw Richand about to be impaled by Naxus's claw.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"
Time seemed to move in slow motion as Nicklas ran towards the two warriors. Jumping in the way of Naxus's claw, he was impaled through the heart.
"Ugh!"
"What is this?"
Naxus threw Nicklas to the ground next to Richand, coughing up blood.
"Two Zamikios for the price of one... this must be my lucky day. I'll kill the new one first, so you can watch him die, Richand."
"R-Richand..."
Nicklas coughed up more blood. Every word he said sounded painful, but he kept going.
"It's not a crime... to fight against evil. You have to stop him and Storm... set your passions free... I believe in you."
"Shut up, human."
Naxus decapitated Nicklas with his finger, instantly killing him.

Somewhere in Richand's mind, something snapped.

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!"
Naxus was blasted back as pure light emnated from Richand's body. He rose up above the ground as the air around him crackled and burned. Naxus looked stunned.
"What... what is this?!?"

"Oh man this is big, I mean this is huge. Zanaku my friend you are in for a treat now."
Said Drake who was almost glowing with excitement now.

Naxus's eyes widened.
"It can't be... the Rite of Gia?!? But that's only supposed to happen when they reach a new form!"
Sure enough, a spiral of energy surrounded Richand's floating body. However, he didn't appear to have changed like Drake had, nor were there any elementals around him. Suddenly, a huge orb of light appeared. It seemed to be an elemental, but like nothing anyone had ever seen before.
"I AM THE ELEMENTAL OF THE STARS, THE GOD OF LIGHT. I HAVE LAIN DORMANT FOR HUNDREDS OF YEARS... I GIVE YOU MY POWER."
The orb entered Richand's body, and in another blinding blast of light, Richand descended to the ground. He was quiet for a moment, his eyes closed. Then, they snapped open, glowing golden.
"IT'S OVER.... NAXUS!!!!!!!!"
A huge blast of power spread out from Richand. When it cleared, Richand looked completely different. His armor was glowing brightly, he was surrounded in a golden aura, and his hair was standing up on end, a pure, glowing white. His sword seemed to be covered in white flame.
OOC: Unlike the normal Rite of Gia, in which the form is permenant, the power of the Constellation elemental is so strong that it must be accessed. Think of it like becoming a Super Saiyan from Dragon Ball Z: You can "power up" for brief periods of time once you learn to control it.

"Oh man i want in on this." Drake wings ripped out of his clothes and he flew other to Richand ignoring Naxus.
"Looks like you just became my equal, or better I dunno." Drake shurged his shoulders and held out his hand.
"Were one of the same now, you ready to change the world."

Zanaku looked at what happened in amazement. "Woah, what light".

Richand grasped Drake's hand for a moment, and then let go.
"Drake... my friend... you must step back. This is something I need to do myself."
Richand turned back to Naxus and shot forward with blinding speed. Naxus didn't even have time to raise his arm as Richand connected with a powerful hit, blasting him back. Richand pursued him, and knocked him up in the air before he could even hit the ground. Naxus shot up in the air, and Richand blasted after him, slashing him with a gigantic combo of attacks. He finished by outstretching his left hand and placing it against Naxus's chest.
"Constellation CRASH!"
A beam of white light shot out of Richand's hand, smashing Naxus to the ground with the force of a tank. Richand floated back down to the ground as Naxus shakily got up, coughing up blood.
"Damn... it... Damn it, it can't be!!!"

"I hope your watching this farther. because he's the one who will lead us to change." Said Drake to the sky. Knowing Storm would hear him.
Drake looked around the battle field and noticed that they had started to win. The enemy was losing moral and his team was slowly picking every body off.
"Looks like this battle has been one."

Naxus spread his arms.
"I cannot... I WILL NOT accept this! Shadowheart Armor! FULL POWER!!!"
More shadows leeched on to Naxus, increasing his aura even greater.
"I will never lose to a thing like you!"
OOC: Cell quote . Also, Nicklas's speech was inspired by Android 16 telling Gohan to unleash his power, although it's much different from that one.
IC: Naxus dashed at Richand, claws outstretched to kill. Richand parried the blow and the two locked into a furious frenzy of attacks, similar to their earlier battle. This time, however, Richand was the one who didn't seem to be trying as hard. He blocked every attack that Naxus threw at him, countering with several that Naxus barely blocked. Finally, Naxus exploded with rage.
"This is it! I'll finish you!!!"
Cupping his claws together, he created an orb of deep blue energy.
"Shadowheart Sickle! I'LL END YOU!!!"
The orb shot out a gigantic blast of blue energy that completely covered Richand. Naxus laughed.
"Hahahahah!!! You're dead, human!!! Go meet your brother in hell!!!"
However, when the blast cleared, Richand remained with not a scratch on him.
"For what you did to Nicklas... I'll never forgive you."
"What?! Im-Impossible!!! No one... EVER survives that!!!"
"I WILL AVENGE HIM!!!"
Richand shot towards Naxus and slashed him diagonally downwards with his most powerful blow yet.
"CONSTELLATION COMET!!!"
The air around the two exploded in white flame as Naxus was wrenched from his host. His human host, a Destrian warrior who looked like he had not slept in months, collapsed to the ground, unconcious. The pool of darkness that was Naxus quivered feebly on the ground, near death.
"Please... don't kill me... have... mercy..."
"What? Show you the mercy you've never shown anyone?!? Tell me why I should spare you, the monster who killed Siana's father, the monster who killed my brother, in cold blood!?!?"
"Please... I... beg you..."
Richand paused, then turned his back on it.
"Get out of my sight. The next time I see you, I won't hesitate."
The demon backed away, but suddenly shot a huge blast of darkness toward Richand.
"I WILL KILL YOU NOW!!!"
Richand turned around and saw the blast coming.
"You FOOL!!!"
Richand shot out a huge beam of light that disintegrated the blast of darkness in the air and blasted Naxus.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!"
Naxus disintegrated into nothing. He was dead.
Richand powered down and returned to normal. All the Destry soldiers had either fled or lay dead or badly wounded on the ground.
"Nicklas..."
Richand swayed on the spot and fell to the ground.
"Si...ana... I'll save you... I promise..."
As Richand blacked out next to the unconcious host of Naxus, he only saw one picture in his mind: A picture of two people. Nicklas, the man he had failed to save, and Siana, the girl who he couldn't fail, not now, not ever.
Richand fell unconcious.
OOC: Excellent job, everyone. This battle was the most epic yet, I believe.

"I found the Orb about a year after the incident with General Kylith. I was near the Grand Temple hoping to find some redemption when Destry launched a sneak attack. One of the cannons shot the temple, with me in it. I tried to get out when the floor colapsed. I fell into the shadows expecting death, only to wake an hour later. I was in an underground chameber made of a red polished stone. as I looked for a way out I found an inscription telling the entire history of the Orbs and the meaning of the Temple. Once I read that I searched and eventually found the Orb of Conud. It was a big red pearl with a green design on it. As soon as I touched it I heard to voices. One told me I would help save this country, the other said I would destroy it. Then the orb suddenly vanished into my armor. The mechanical system in it dissappeared into the Orb and my armor changed into what it is now. I don't know how to remove the Orb and I've spent my life afterwards moving from place to place, doing what I could to keep the Orb safe at all costs."

Xenth finished his story as Seth had a drink. Both were sitting comfertably in chairs although Xenth uad his arns and legs tied to prevent an escape. "I see. So you found the Orb because of us and the plan for you is so twisted because you could both save and destroy this war. I do believe the Orb should be taken from you, however I believe only Sekhmet would know how. I know how all the Orbs work, as well as of the origins, having been there myself. However items embedded with ancient power would be something Sekhmet is more proficient with. So you will stay here until he returns. While your sword and armor shall go into my vault for safe-keeping. Servant."

A servent pressed a stone on the wall and suddenly a painting moved back to show a grand vault door. It had no lock or combination but rather a seal and inscription that read: Only those of Eternal right, shall see through the wall with sight. Seth walked forward and sooke the same language as before. The seal on the door glowed gold and the door vanished. Seth placed Xenth's sword and armor inside before muttering a word. The door reappeared and the servant pressed the button again, reseting the painting. Since my chambers have no window, and you cannot get into the vault you shall be untied. My servants will get you any food you desire. However the will not open the vault for only I know how."

A servent went and untied Xenth as Seth left the room. There was a soldier coming up the large staircase carrying an unconcious girl. "Soldier, where are you taking her?" The soldier stopped and set her down. "This is a gift from General Naxus sir. He ordered she be taken to Lord Valentine." Seth simply looked and asked "Who is she?" The soldier concentrated for a moment to try and remember the name. "Uh...I believe it was somethin' Makantes, sir" Seth's eyes opened at the name. "Makantes? My, my, Naxus sends a great gift. Soldier, I will take her up from here. You may go rest." The soldier bowed and left. Seth then picked the girl up and carried her up to Storm's chamber on the top floor. A servent knocked and announced him as he entered. "Lod Valentine. Naxus sends you a gift, a child of the Makantes."
