so im at the part where you go into the jail and kill the beast in armor and pull the lever. i ahve 2 mines for my mine gun, and 100 machine pistol rounds and no pistol ammo. i get 20 roudns for pistol right after that and 2 shotgun shells. this is no where near enough to get through the level. i am screwed, i dont knwo what i can do besides backtrack for anything i mightve missed..but even that might not not work. any suggestions?

this guy was really use once you knew that he only knew where you were from the sound. there are two bells in the room, one either side of the room. the trick is to fire at one bell and make it ring. the beast will run up to the bell allowing you to shoot him in the back a couple of times from a distance (best place was from behind the pillar). then shoot the other bell - shoot him in the back again. Shotguns or TMP minimum works well for shooting him in the back and use the pistol for shooting the bells. If he aint down at that point then its just a case of walking around slowly until you are behind him, shoot his back then run around the pillar once more
