When I register a wii friend code does that registration send them some kind of notice that I register them so that they can register me?

Thats kind of gay. But hay, its all good, prevents people from adding you you do not know, and gives you better judgment in adding friends to your system.

Well how difficult is it to send a message saying:

bla bla bla added you
or
do you give permission to ( insert name ) here to add you to there friends list.
