Um.. The Icons are normal its been like that since I got the computer. The theme is called GlassXP Im not sure where I got it from its been a long long time.

Are you on a Mac, or in Windows? I'm not sure if you are in Windows, but in OS X just push command + shift + 3.

Edit: I was bored so I made my Windows box a little more Mac like.

Does it have an F13 key? If it does that should work as the print screen key. If not then just go into Programs, Accessories, Accessibility, On-Screen Keyboard and it will have a print screen key.

You need to have it on a photosharing site like photobucket or imageshack then you can generate the IMG tag.
