I find it very unlikely it'l be outright fusing rather than some sort'a new breeding mechanic... if at all.

MR was talking about how he thinks Mewtwo was created by a fusion of human genes and Mew's genes. His logic is, since Newtwo looks more alienish then Mewtwo in design, it might be Mew's genes + alien genes. Plus other things, like similar fingers to other Pokemon. It's a Farfetch'd theory, but it has some basis, at least.

I even used the name New and Newtwo after the next Greek letter after μ
How is Mewtwo shows reason and logic above your normal Pokemon and given his human characteristics I think he is part human.

Pokemon better not release a Z version. Then they'd be trying to be just like YuGiOh.
Thinking about it, Genwunners should be happy about this. Regardless of whether or not they like the form, the fact it exists skyrockets Mewtwo's chances for getting into SSB4. I could imagine a Zelda/Sheik kind of mechanic. This is of course assuming that Newtwo is a form, and not a separate Pokemon.
