obviouslt HP if it has a good one, or toxic and protect? or mayb thunder wave to cripple sweepers and toxic to get rid of tanks? i dunno its hard coz the movepool is quite limited

it depends on the pokemon nature and ivs, any decent iv calculator will also tell you your pokes HP. i have a modest charizard with HP electric.

Nature: modest/timid
Trait: synchronize

EV's:252 SPD/ 252SPA/ 6HP

Energy Ball
Shadow ball
Psychic
Focus blast

Basically this is utilizing the massive special attack it has. Focus blast to smash up dark pokemon (apart from hencrow) choice specs willl increse the power by 1.5 so its a useful item for this special sweeper to carry

no way, u cant have an adamant alakazam, that gives -10% special attack and +10% attack which is...well...shocking to sat the least. Unless u want a really crap special attacker
