nah gettin +4 is normal, when he evolves you'll see a big change. and when he's on lvl 100 everything will be right. make sure you keep track of your ev's too on a piece of paper of calculator otherwise you can completly fuk everything up and need go get berries and it just takes longer to sort everthing out. but yeh +4 is normal
also, i got a question. i was lookin at the summary of my ho-oh and theres a little yellow face next to its picture, wat does it mean?

is jolly a good nature for metagross? or adamant is better since metagross is already a slow poke? LOL :zzz:

Adamant is a better nature, but if u want ur metgross to sweep other pokemon it wold be wise to give it agility.

Magnet rise is also a useful move to have, but its not that necessary.

probably give it explosion aswell so wen its low on life u can just kill everyone:lol:

And make it hold a life orb (or that belt for physical attacks, ive forgotten the name) so the power of its massive attack is increased more.

I prefer Heatran over Infernape, but you'll most likely be getting into no legends matches and all that crap so go with ape for your sake.

Psychic would be an obvious Alakazam since you aren't really open to options. You can work with Azelf/Mesprit/Uxie if you want to also.

should i continue battling lv.3 andlower starlies with my lv.14 bagon w// macho brace for speed EV's? or should i use exp.share to make him evolve and then EV train him.. or are EV's shared through exp. share?

the Ev's u get from battling a startly are given to the bagon aswell if its holding exp share. However items such as macho brace will not take effect, so it will still get +1 speed, whereas the pokemon who fought it gets +2 speed. Its best if u get a pwer anklet and fight the fisherman near eterna city who has 6 magikarp and after u will get +60 speed if u include pokerus

Get PokéRus, get the Anklet, and go to Andrew (as Ayo said)
your speed training will be done in about 20 minutes.

Correct Without PokéRus you'll get 30EPs.
(4EPs anklet + 1EP magikarp)*6 pokés
