Off the top of my head, Modest/Timid are naturally good choices

like who doesnt know espeon attack sucks, and your forgotting espeon has base of 110 in speed so i also highly suggest having espeon as timid nature.

if you have a base speed of 110, you can pretty much guarentee your gonna go first almost all of the time but if your sp atk is increased, you'll usually go first and to immense damage

But if you want more power on a Timid one use Life Orb or Wise Glasses.
