That is amazing. Nice choice of render as well.Gymdawg said:working on my lighting and depth technique:

At Monsteroids: I also prefer number 3 as well. Great work with the flames by the way.
That list has changed from the last time I put them up in Ricardo's thread, so I may have to update it. But I think that my current Sig is one of my best. Not so sure what others think about it though.Cpt.McCloud said:What are your 5 best sig's prassy?
Gymdawg said:working on my lighting and depth technique:
My past few sigs have focused mainly on lighting effects and not so much on other things. I've improved my lighting a lot though so now I'll start working on doing lighting and composition.demonflair said:I preffer this one Gym. Are you going to do anything with the bg, it looks a bit plain imo.
The background is okay, but you need more contrast between it and your render. That's one thing I was told to work on as well. Also, you should have used the pen tool instead of just brushing lines; and the brush you used was too big.demonflair said:
Good..but I still prefer the reaper one. Very cool. I like the background myself, it allows for the creativity of the beholder to fill in spots. Again, very well done.Gymdawg said:Thanks SL, but I think this one is even better:

I quite like it, though I wouldn't really class as a sig though.. I like the use of light source too, you're def improving with the whole light game. Just work on incorporating in an every day sig and should be great.Gymdawg said:working on my lighting and depth technique:

demonflair said:Oh good. I'm trying to improve in the lighting effects too, and the pen tool.
And those are not brushing lines, they were made with the pen tool, which I don't know how to work with it, so they didn't end up as expected.
Do you know any pen tool tuts that might help me out??
Cpt.McCloud said:Meh, get GIMP
Master it, then teach me
demonflair said:AHAHHA... LMAO
Sure... nah... me not like it.
Ask Brawny to help you, he knows GIMP better than anyone on here.
Cpt.McCloud said:Yeah. . . .But. . . .He's well. . . . . .kinda. . . .strange?

Nah he is too busy being a E-Stalker, he has helped a little.
