Lol, this is how my customer convos go:

Me: "So, can you tell me [lists a bunch of things]"

Client: "Well, I would like Naruto on there, the color scheme I want is red, orange and black....I guess that's it!"

Me: "Mwahaha, freedom...."

I'm serious too, heh. Ask them, i'm pretty much free to whatever I want, I don't even have to work with a render they propose. :/

And we can't really tell FR. to do anything until we know the program he uses.

Lol, actually I made the Bleach one in 10 min. :]

Downloading now, i'll see what I can do with it. Is there anything specific you want, or am I free? Do you just want the car in the pic, or do you want the road and everything in there as well? I can cut out just the car and design my own background, effects, etc.
