The both seem to be off to good starts, but they lack something that ties the Spidies to the vectors behind them.

Just need to do a bit more blending, add a black border and some text and they should look better.

Can someone tell me how can I use the fonts that I downloaded from Dafonts in my Photoshop??

Click Start>My Computer>Local Disc>WINDOWS>Fonts

Then copy your new downloaded fonts into that folder.
Also you have to restart Photoshop before you can use them.
