Popert ripped a signature tutorial from another site and claimed it as his own. In the past, Popert was known for ripping others artwork and just put his name on it. Thus, Popert was banned.

Yes, it annihilated him from this site. It doesn't mean that he's annihilated off from the internet. Just because he isn't here doesn't mean he can't rip. That's why I said that hopefully he realizes that if he keeps ripping, he'll keep getting exiled from every website he posts his work on.
