And you know how to do rain animation?? I myself never made it..

Yeah, lots of tutes out their, quite easy on gimp with stocks and such, I did have an idea but I think it would be hard like trying to get the rain to stop at the soldiers and like splash away but I doubt I could do that yet

You have the ideas but you don't apply them.. this is what makes you in no way to improve..

Gah, Rickey, I can't do what I said there it will be to hard for me to do, do you want to try it? make rain around a render or object and make the rain that hits this object stop and splash?

I am still a beginner rickey, I can add rain but not do that

@popert8, it's better, but as I said before, it always needs more work, render, text, background, border, effects.. all needs more work!!

I remember a sig he had which had a render of two people kissing and rain falling with the odd drop splashing on the render.

My favourite sig ever.

Your bgs are always monotonic. The text is bad in all three of them..
And you never add light sources to the sigs..
