The pen tool work is unnecessary, it doesn't fit the rest of the banner (baby blue, seriously?) and it doesn't add any depth. The background is bad, I don't know what that stuff on the left is, it looks like you clone stamped a jacket and tie over and over again, and the table on the right just looks like it was stuck there and left unedited; sure, there's a brush stroke on it, but the effect is minimal. Again, there's no depth what-so-ever, and the lighting is bad. You're text also needs a lot of work.

Other than that it's perfect...

I like this sig. You must have taken a long time doing it.. (staring at her face..yes..) :lol:. I especially like how the background flows in with her. The effects you have added on her face makes her stand out :).

Doesn't have to be a rotating dealie(make it more unique from SOTW). Just a touch of your genius. I'll take a stab at it if you won't.
