No, I mean that they are property of Nintendo. Characters such as Mario, Zelda, etc. are Intellectual Property of Nintedo.

dude read videogame magazines many interview have said its going to use standard controls.

However.... that's a vague statement using "may" plus that interview was over a year ago. A lot of things can change in a year and there have been no other announcements since then about control schemes. Hopefully there will be a definitive answer to this question soon!
