I just called them up to get mine repaired/replaced... they are not happy with this and try to just say it's normal!?! Then they offered to send me a damn refurb and I said no, so i'm sending them mine to fix.

how long is it gonna take to get it fixed??

My Wii has some pixels on the Wii Menu hopefully I get a new Wii sent back to me

I haven't encountered any dead pixels on my launch Wii, but don't let them bullshiezen you, get your Wii repaired if you catch rare dead-pixelitis. For free if you can.
