This is gunna be good. I honestly don't know why Hanley Ramirez is rated number one on yahoo. Hes good, but I never thought of him as putting up #1 type numbers. He is a possible MVP candidate for the future... but something about him just isn't making me believe in him to THAT extent.
 
I'm just trying to recruit any WiiChat sports fans, I mean I have my doubts that anyone outside N.A. is really going to be interested.
 
I agree he shouldnt 1 but he is a great player. One of the few 5 tool players out there right now.
 
Just to stay in the vein of yahoos rankings...Manny--I think Manny's numbers are going to go way down this year. Hes getting older, and he might report late to camp because of this contract sh*t hes been going through (granted its his fault that hes going through it) but I just don't see a guy like that being able to just keep f*cking around and still succeeding...plus I'm a Redsox fan and if I don't believe in that it makes me mad.

Umm that could probably go either way. I see it more of not him losing his bat speed or his eye, but more of him being 'Manny'. Just him being upset with the contract he backed himself into.

My sentiments as well. Manny, when he wants to play, is one of the best hitters in baseball. While his fielding is definitely suspect, what he can do with the bat makes up for it, but like you said he's going to be more "Manny being Manny" because he isn't going to get the contract he wants.

Hanley is worthy of the #1 spot. The guy is going to keep getting better.

I don't know about #1 overall, but no arguments on him being the #1 SS. Definitely top 5 overall though, at least for me.
