what's the reputation thing for...I found under peoples names on the post a little pic of a clipboard or something and it says add to repuation. I'm new to forums, does this really mean anything?

Everyones is perfect it makes no sense to me.
You must be able to get warnings and stuff like for inopropriat stuff

it's to sort of rate people. The only reason that everyone is the same is because nobody uses it. I've only gotten two reps ever, so my rank hasn't changed, but if you look at flamers like "Togg" (if his account is still here), you'll see that they are different on mouse over.
