Naruto is the CoD of anime: it's alright on it's own, but the fanbase... yeesh.

That's a surprisingly good comparison considerin' yearly release games are essentially the gaming version curse that is endless filler episodes.

Bleach/Dragonball Z/Naruto/Death Note/Haruhi fan bases are as bad as each other.
They can be lumped with Star Trek/MLP/Star wars/Twilight/Sonic (technically I am one, but im quite mellow and am not a prick about it if someone slates it)/Mario/Nintendo/COD/yearly sports games/Cena bunch of fans as being the most annoying.

In most cases there are better out there.
Naruto was bloody good at the start, first 13 or so episodes where great
