I am getting it for steam but I don't know if I should buy a joystick or just see what a mouse can do or I could play it completely digitally

Technically, the Touhou fighting games have some momentum, but I don't follow the competitivenessesses so I can't tell it's standing.

You can use said controllers on PCs. At least, I know you can with the Xbox 360 model.

Used one of them, the pad is awful, they made one for SF4 that was bulky (got it), the SFxT one is a bit thiner, still with the rubbish d-pad.

Use a PS2 NeoGeo CD pad threw a converter for fighters on my Xbox
