From what I remember, her whole family are mooches. None of them have jobs and in the 3-ish years I have known her (and them), she is the only one who had gotten a job which she held for like 2 months. One reason I stopped talking to her is because every conversation ends up with her hinting at me giving her money.

XSeed's the publisher, same deal as with TLS. Not exclusive to Gamestop. So that means no price jumps like we've seen with XC.
