Random bouts'a depression are likely the chemical imbalance sorta kind. Pills can help with that if ya get the right ones. ... How ironic I'm mentionin' that after a recent short discussion of how everyone pops pills too often. :lol:

I don't have any health insurance so I can't get any medication. Well, can't afford medication I should say. My therapist (back when I had insurance) believed it is tied to my ADHD. One thing that really helps is something that most people frown upon.
