I mean, I've heard people seriously say that it took a whole day to beat. Maybe that's just because they're underleveled or something.

Who said that? It takes me like 10 minutes if I really wanted to get it over done with, I just can't stand the teleporters...and whose underleveled in a pokemon game?
Other then the guys that do low level runs...yeah

People who are really bad players. I usually don't use the teleporters except when necessary and just battle everyone and use the stairs. It takes about 5 minutes when you only battle the required trainers, though. I also like searching for items in the potted plants.

Vitamins and Nuggets. My friend told me about it in elementary school... probably the only useful thing he's ever said to me. There's at least one item hidden in a plant on every floor.

There's a revive in the middle of the three plants outside the presidents office. Just gettin that out there cuz I found it there.
