Also, to add on to the Requesting sig thing. I think it would be a great idea, in the OP, to update every time the OP/Mod has a chance saying who's free to make a sig. So the requester could post what he wanted, then the 1st GFX artist to take up the job would then be labeled "BUSY" in the OP and whoever wasn't making a sig and was willing to make one would be labeled "FREE".

Kinda think that would be a cool idea.
