Oh no, I've always been weeaboo in regards to my diet for as long as I can remember. Loved fried rice and chicken anything that has a foreign sauce/glaze since forever. Eventually discovered ramen as a kid and devoured it practically as an obsession since it could be high quality and delicious, or cheap but still somewhat delicious (until two years straight of dining on the junk made me sick just to look at it... Though, my appetite for it is slowly being restored. :lol: ). Didn't take me long to find (and love with a passion) sushi at first stomach full after all that.

Fuck "American" cuisine, the kitchen of the rising sun is where it's at.

You're missing out, then. Most who have a refined palate have either a natural taste for the deliciousness of sushi, or can acquire one.

Pretty hard not to like fried rice too, whether you're a gourmand or not. It's just... good.
