England Smoking Ban

I'm glad theres this ban...Wales had it s few months before England I think, the times I've been out since it was refreshing to not be choking on smoke. We have smoke shelters outside some of the pubs where all of the smokers can go...granted it seems a little sad to me that they'd rather be outside in the cold in some cases alone rather than just fight the addiction for an hour or two.

Maybe I'm slighty bias as I don't smoke...but I find it nice that I don't have to suffer so people can suck a stick for 10 minutes.
