it would be the WORST financial decision Japan could ever make, because it would be the end of the entire poke spectrum.

No... It wouldn't, people would still buy the new games endlessly until the series itself just up and fails, nothing can stop it, really. ... Remember how tons of kids bought Pokemon Channel, even though it wasn't even a game? ... Yeah.

i actually like lbu's idea. create a poke but you can only use him on your game, no online stuff. just to be fair, it can't link up with friends on any connection. it stays for your ingame use only. and you can only make 1 or 2
