If you've been playing halo a lot, its going to make the transition difficult, but once you get used to COD it's so much easier.

Senses: Each of those icons is what you get once you get to level 55 and then loop over to the next "prestige" some people like Sovieto choose not to go prestige, but I don't like my XP counting for nothing, so I just keep going. Once I can get to the 10th I'll worry about getting all the gold guns.

There is no way I would do that either. It seems stupid to give up everything just to get a different symbol next to your name....

I don't do it for the symbol, I just don't like having the XP I earn go for nothing. So if I do the next prestige I'll be happy with my XP going for something. Make sense?

I started playing online. . . it's kinda crazy and really unrealistic. ._. Also I 'm getting owned by all the high ranking guys with all the really good weapons and perks and stuff. rrr:

It's pretty fun never the less.

this game isnt really hard to play after playing halo..i own hard at halo and now i own hard in CoD4 but CoD4 it uses more tactics than halo much more : / i tried just running to their base to get the flag i got killed by a tripmine..took cover by a car..blown up by C4 tried to cross the streeyt..got sniped

but one thing this game doesnt have is custom games like halo..custom games on halo can keep u playing for years and on CoD4 the custom games just dont seem like custom games

the last part of All Ghillied Up where you fend off that army of soldiers with Macmillan?

Its impossible! They chucked like 5 grenades where I was camping and when I get up to move they use their godly accuracy and mow me down in 2 bullets

If I can just beat this part the rest of the game will be cake..

so do you lose your weapons and perks and EVERYTHING? or just your level? cause id do the prestige if i didnt lose my guns/perks...

gold guns are earned by completing challenges for that weapon right?

You lose everything. You're weapons, perks, challenges completed, everything.

Yea, that's exactly where I'm stuck at right now. Tis nearly impossible, I've figured out how to survive 'til the chopper arrives, but as soon as I try to carry him to the chopper I get mowed.

You lose everything except your total Kills/Score/Wins/Accuracy. I don't worry about getting all the challenges unless I need points to rank up, but I generally just play Search and Destroy and Headquarters.

Gold guns are earned by completing every challenge in a specific gun category, so all the Expert and Marksman challenges in the Assault Rifle section will get you a gold AK, and so on and so forth. One gold gun per category.

Yea, FFA is not good for newbies. I tried it when I first started and wow, got destroyed. Can't say I'm amazing at any one scenario, but I generally do well.

I started in team deathmatch, but I got pwned. Then I switched to free for all and I did great...

How do your survive?X_X I managed to survive once.. hiding behind the building to the right of the ferris wheel but when I got up to move Macmillan I got my ass handed to me.

edit: nvm I actually beat it somehowX_X I threw a shitload of flashbangs on my way to pick up Macmillan and threw all my grenades where I thought enemies were before I went for the helicopter. What a rush^_^
