UMMM ITS NORMAL GET OVER IT.
It is a visual way to let you know you have mail or an system update.
Its quite clever actually not a problem or a fault!!!

Thanks for being bonified useless to the forum, I was worried and now im not thanks to everyone here. I did read the manual no where does it mention that when it looks like your blue light is short circuiting that this is normal and to get over it.
