I've always wondered what a cartoonish style of me would look like. Never tried my hand at it though.

Oh yeah, thanks, it's not so hard to draw hands, when I can't seem to do a position of a hand well, I just use mine as a model and then mold it to whatever form depending on the character. Here's another where I like the hands, but the face is not that good:

If you want my opinion, the head shape is basically fine, it's the eye position that's a little off. The middle of the eye should be more inline with the bridge of the nose. Rotating the eye clockwise a bit would also help.
