Didn't someone (BEFORE ALL THE CONVERSING!) mention we should post our available times throughout the week, and then see who we can organize matches with?

The best method so far has been BlueWhistler's:

Tell everyone in advance when you'll be playing and reserve three open spots (one for a partner and the other two for the other team) for those who want to play with you. Then everyone will be set to play when it's time.
